Lately, it seems everyone around us is getting sick, so you BET I am taking our healthy protocols up a notch. For a moment there, even my body started to take a bit of a turn, but I managed to nip that in the bud…thankfully!
I’ve received a few questions about what oils we use and what supplements we take so I decided to put together a list of items we personally have here at home. Check out the list HERE. If you’re interested in buying any for yourself, you can simply click on “add to cart”.
On top of that, if I’m congested, I take a teaspoon of Fire Cider in the morning or as needed throughout the day. (FYI, I currently have only TWO bottles available on the shop, though I currently have some more brewing.)
Raw honey is also a must!! Tons and tons of benefits here. From antioxidants to antibacterial and anti fungal properties to wound healing, raw honey is a must for every home apothecary. I use it in my coffee as a natural sweetener. It definitely helps ease that pesky cough too! If you’re in Idaho, I absolutely LOVE the raw honey from Riverside Honey Bees in Buhl.
